Post-Christmas Resolution Monday, December 28, 2009, 12/28/2009 03:41:00 pm ♥ Christmas DAy! the day irene n i began our daily jogs~ it was really jus walking on the first day coz.. i slpt so much x= and slpt pass our starting time.. lols!! no energy at all.. we had chicken rice for dinner mummy cooked~ lols! merry xmas to all! haha.. jus glad i caught up on precious slp! nick came over and we watched some movies - Astro Boy and Gamer.. lol! i managed to put from laptop to big screen tv~ awesome! hehe! Boxing day~ after my jog wid irene... had chicken macaroni soup from soup leftover from chicken rice nite which was yumyum~ hehe! and den went to eva's for our secret santa gathering ~ we played friends and pictionary.. was really tired after that.. my santa courtney gave me this cool liqueur glass mb i'll try drinkin my whisky in it =x haha! but thanks so much courtney! hehe thanks to rach for her lil xmas gifts too... n oso.. i accidentally brought bak two of her gifts so if neone missed out.. please tell me so i can give it out.. LOL! the night was nevertheless funfun ofcoz.. hehe took pics and had lots of laughs :D 27th! ~ our jogging route had been decided and i cordially invite any one who would like to join us.. we start at 6pm and it usually takes about an hour.. unless one of us are in need of desperate relieving of pain or bowels LOL.. but yea.. if interested the route looks pretty much like this (below)... which is an estimated distance of 4km.. which will definitely get ur heart up :D the funny brown dot is a hill we climb.. which never fails to get my heart up... so yea interested? 6pm meet at meetin point :P haha! yesterday was our second time with this route.. and trust me the second time was alot easier.. i din stop for a walk like the day before.. it was non-stop jogging.. i dun intend to stop doin this daily.. i really hope i dont stop! lols! we goin to try two rounds of the park today i think.. see wat happens baila baila came for dinner yesterday, adam n shihmun joined for din and paros cooked up a feast.. some italian beef macaroni which tasted pretty much like lasagne.. and chickn egg corn soup.. chinese style soup! yum! and also.. chicken stew.. went grocery shoppin for all this earlier in the day.. lol! talked abit bout suicidal.. coz mum's classmate overdose herself and died the next day.. due to accusation of husband havin another woman o_0.. im so immune to this suicide thing now.. gosh.. lost pictures and documents on desktop and got a trojan malware on my laptop today.. thanks to berfie it's gone now.. annoying stuff... mum's goin on the 4th jan.. adam n shihmun 15th jan.. im goin to be alone at home after ~ should get a job or class soon :D thats pretty much it! im hungry! xoxo OH AND BEFORE I FORGET!! ♥HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHAN SHAN!!!!! ♥ hope you have a fun one without me! Thursday, December 24, 2009, 12/24/2009 02:51:00 pm ♥ hokay so reuben and andre had just left for singapore about 4 movies ago.. i miss them already.. n i feel completely drained and yet somehow i dun feel like sleeping.. it feels like a 8 even tho it's only 3 atm.. it's sweet.. evn tho i told thm i din realli celebrate xmas, i had received a christmas gift from them.. what i've always wanted.. a digital photoframe~ lol i kno not supposed to open presents till boxing day.. but i was too excited =x LOL thank you so much to the both of you. lol the card they wrote was really sweet too.. it made me smile.. n in response to tt: yes, i definitely wont forget those kacheng memories :) for the obvious, yes i have arrived in perth and had my welcome bak gathering - sandrino's and bubble tea.. it was good to see everyone again.. almost felt like i had only gone for a short period of time.. nothing much had changed.. lol! the two notti kachengs came to perth for a mini holiday~ DayOne: we had brekky at dome, rested for abit and then headed out to fremantle~ hehe we picked evy up on the way~ walked around the freo markets, played some timezone, jen came in between n we had lunch at cicerellos~ i think we ordered too much food ~ coz we din finish.. i feel like we wasted alot of food thru out the whole trip actually.. lol! neway we went bak home to recuperate.. n den met up with jen at the fremantle prison for the night tour.. dinner was caltex food =x LOL! DayTwo aka Vic's Birthday(HAppy bIrthday!!): we got up and went IGA to buy some groceries.. andre n reu cooked up a big breakfast for us~ scrambled eggs, ham n tomato omellete, toast and biscuit wid dips - was really filling.. lol.. jen got dropped off by chuck.. and had brekky wid us.. n den we headed to the city to get some shoppin done.. n den to Aqwa to see the interestin sea creatures.. i liked it~ was fun fun! lols! after tt went bak home.. jen got picked up.. so we played card games on the dining table for some time.. n den played rockband n also filmed it lol... after a long while.. metros! hmm we din eat muchh.. ate alot of... junk food... lol! DayThree: vic's birthday BBQ! lOl! rach n ama came to the house and den together wid the kachengs we took the tarago to the party place wher evy n vic 'inhabited'! lols!! it was nice and relaxing.. eva n tim came not long after... hehe evy n i went on this cool spinny thing at the playground ther~ which was veri fun and UFO-ride-like. hope victor had a great time neways! hehe anyway after that we had evy n vic plus ama over for some supermario wii game and also a game called bang! lols~ was funfun~ reu wanted to leave the game here.. but i told him to keep it ~ was fun game tho!! hehe DayFour: Margaret River Road trip~ LOL dun think i've driven so much before~ lol thank god reuben n i took turns driving.. LOL~ n i din noticed tt i was goin at 166kmph =/ pretty scary when u see tt number on ur metre.. it din evn feel that fast.. lol yup we got lost for bout 2 hours due to rong turns and so on.. ate chooks for lunch.. we finally got ther.. at around 2.30pm (started at 9.15am) went to the chocolate factory n den cheese factory and den fudge factory.. bought alot of things bak.. n also ate alot of snacks in the car LOL! i remember drivin home wasnt too bad coz andre was tokin the whole way bak to us.. haha and also to keep his mind off his tummyaches.. those two really crack me up~ dinner was at bullcreek hawkers.. was a disappointment to them.. wasted food again.. DayFive: Adventure World! no one could make it due to work so the three of us went to test on the rides.. at first i was too chickn to get on the scary rides.. but after a while.. it felt like i could conquer them all! lOLS!! the adrenaline felt great! LOL! i kept tellin myself.. it'll be over in less thn 5 min.. n ur not going to die! lols! reuben has motion sickness and his weakness was things the turn or move pendulumn like.. his hands go numb after the rides.. poor guy.. lol! i think i jus kept laughin at him most of the time.. andre made the most of the rides i guess hehe! the day was very fun! hehe we had ham n cheese toast for brekky before tt.. lols n den after tt.. it was the outback jack's kangaroo endeavour (andre success) and the 1kg Challenge (reu failed) - met up wid the "JAVEE" gang for dinner there lols! n den it was karaoke at utopia~ andre's numerous times of singing practices of fa ru xue in the car finally paid off.. haha! when we got home.. we watched saw 4 and 5 till 4am n slpt like pigs! DaySix: i cooked fried rice.. which turned out soggy.. must be all the stress LOL!!! oh wells.. paros came bak on this day too.. lols.. we went to the wildlife park~ saw so many animals.. majority were birds! lols.. talked the parrot which omost stole reuben's camera.. LOL! got to pat and feed kangaroos! as well as pat deers, donkeys, koalas.. lol the tasmanian devils were cute too! n omg there were rabbits for sale.. they were so cute!! hehe they bought alot of souvenirs from that place.. and.. jerkies... kangaroo, emu and crocodile jerkys ~ eeyer.. LOL after tt we headed home.. n den we watched saw 6.. n got ready for dinner.. but again we waited for andre to hav his hours worth of talk time with fiona~ hehe! they're so cute.. haha at the end of the call andre:"tsmuacks" reu:"see what i hav to put up with everyday" LOL!!! neway got some movies off reu's harddrive n pics of my fone.. we were too late for carver's so we went to viet hoa for dinner.. jen met up wid us and watched us eat.. lol den we went to iceyice to share a jumbo twintower.. n den drove to bell tower... took heaps of pics.. wei met us ther.. n took professional pics too lOL.. n den he drove us to king's park to take more pics! we oso drove down the pitch black roads.. scaryyyy! i think i screamed twice.. once... i saw someone's hand comin from behind me -_- and the second... wei mentioned someone dying.. ~ ahahaha! it was quite an adventure.. neways i was really beat by the end of king's park.. wei drove us bak to the bell tower where we went our separate ways.. reu drove bak home while i fell aslp in the backseat of the car ~ DaySeven: woke up at 4.15.. went up to wake them up.. n see if they ready.. n den we left the house at about 4.45.. checked in at airport.. n den had brekky wid them.. n den stayed till boarding time n said our goodbyes~ thanks for everything reu n andre .. hope you had as much fun in perth as i did with you guys :) so today is xmas eve! and i've filled in my expression of interest for being a first aid volunteer for st john of god :) so guys! sign up if u hav nothin better to do ;) haha! until my next blog.. my wishes to yoos for a merry xmas and a happy new year :P from the super girl, Jasmine. hee! Tuesday, December 15, 2009, 12/15/2009 12:46:00 am ♥ since the last time i've blogged.. mum has been to perth and bak.. been spending alot of time with my uncle following him around singapore, went to his house for some time and played with sweety hehe!.. these were on my free days :) (eww this keyboard has some white goo on it...ok wiped!) 8/12 met up with elaine to watch new moon - i must agree wid evy.. jacob's hot ;) hehe! i really think jasmine looks like bella.. haha.. the asian version~ hehe! we also went to far east plaza to walk around shop around.. n den she had to go jogging.. which reminds me.. i did once.. LOL i walked to toapayoh stadium and walk/ran 3 laps.. started gettin blisters at the back of my feet.. so.. i decided to walk home.. n did not do much exercise after that day.. i did dance byself and work out a sweat one day for half an hour haha! muscle sore the next day.. 9/12 i spent the afternoon wid uncle again.. he brought me out for lunch.. n den i met up with nicholas at city hall for dinner before his motorbike license practical.. we ate at newyork newyork! and the food was woah! haha big portions.. prob upload the pics on fb.. thanks for the treat nico! den we walked to suntec and walked around and tok tok tok.. he's a fun guy to talk to neh.. same as skype and msn.. tts good no awkward silences.. haha goodluck in license gettin! lol 10/12 uncle n i took pohpoh out for a drive to a veri far away place siglap jus to eat.. lols! and den after that we went to a supermarket hehe! pop's gets excited at supermarkets.. lol as uncle sumin had once said "it's her dreamworld" LOL! she's so cute.. n den after that we went to a place that sold all the dried foods.. so manyy stores! lol she got excited and bought alot too~ but den when we were walkin towards car to head back home.. she tripped on one of those cement blocks that stop cars from passin the line in a carpark lot.. and fell down.. i pointed at it too late :( next time i should keep holding on to her.. hais... uncle sumin kept scolding her and raising his voice.. poor pop's... she's so scared of him.. reminded me of the times when i was a kid.. that was the voice i was afraid of.. haiyer.. i guess popoh's life was always full of arguements .. evn with gonggong.. oh n she got bruises from it :( thank god nothing serious happened.. i found out that yrs ago michael's granma fell down n broke her leg n when he left for perth.. she wanted to recover faster so she got up n tried to walk... n den fell down and broke her hip bone.. that's why she's in wheelchair.. i guess now i can kinda understand why he's there.. :( but i dun think he should blame himself.. hais.. 11/12 went shopping the whole day with uncle sumin.. centre point.. bought sherms her bday present.. den sent it to her house and went to queensway to shop around hehe.. i got contacts that make ur eyes look bigger.. see if it looks orite.. hahas! test trial time! hehe! coz i saw elaine's.. couldnt help but stare! she recommend me go ther n buy! hehe! 12/12 reu picked me up from tpy hub again and we met andre at tanglin mall.. kinda got lost in tpy for a while coz reu made the rong turn.. neways had lunch at some fancy italian restaurant.. we were not satisfied with the food at all.. and it cost a total of $115.. i dun realli like goin out with guys.. they treat too much... i've been gettin free food .. feels like i owe them! mm den we were goin to catch a movie but i had to be bak by 5.. so CMI.. lol! we had ben n jerry's for dessert at cathay.. window shopped.. lol i find it cute how their cousins and so close.. lol! thanks for the driving around again reu.. I.T. expo too! omg.. we walked so much on tt day.. but i wont continue that story.. lols! neway got home.. got shan to get ready and we took a taxi to meet daddy.. we had dinner wid auntie aka mama at holland V crystal jade kitchen~ OMG but dessert at Island Cremery near coronation was heaven! best icecream ever.. i had soursop and teh tarik flavour.. (so much icecream in one day.. ben & jerry's was a sinful chocolate!) omg.. must bring ppl ther.. hehe! they had horlicks and all that too! auntie's banana was nice and shan's fancylatte flavoured one! omg icecream.. im cravin now... 13/12 talked to munki in the morning... he went to shanghai after.. we've been "fighting" for the past 2 days.. he'd try to call from china but i rejected them.. how evil.. i never reject calls.. =x oh wells.. i guess tts wat makes him special? haha! or it's called.. showing attitude =x hahas! and also.. i was cryin both times he tried to call =/ (PMS... -_- period came today btw -14/12!! hehe happy again) so it wouldnt have been much of a conversation.. coz i cant talk when im in tt state.. grr.. why do i make it so miserable for him to call me and yet when i give him a chance to escape it.. he still willingly calls... our "break" never happened.. really miss him.. dunwan to miss him.. it was a pohpoh day too - went there to talk and eat.. lol she was busy tryin to pack food half the time coz she cooked heaps for uncle sumin family and ours.. hehe.. i asked her if she's ever told gong she loved him.. or vice versa.. she told me last time.. ppl never said that.. pak tuo means pak tuo~ LOL! but she did love him when they were younger.. after that she explained that love was more of love for a family? and she loved her husband and children equally~ hehe! den i asked her.. wher did gongong bring her when they were together.. he brought her to malaysia and hongkong.. and that he loved travelling.. went to japan alot and also thailand.. hmm gong had alot of gfs last time she told me herself! =x i hear him tell shan stories sometimes when he was still around.. lol! but i believe he loves pop's very much.. pop's din mind that he had alot of gfs.. she gave me the impression that she knew all men were like that.. lol i also found out today that.. they always had arguements and pop's would pack her bag and go to ahyipo's house.. haha n den gong will bring all the children the next day to bring her back.. LOL! unclesumin said it happen so much that they oweis knew when it was a car trip to auntie's house! haha! so funny~ 14/12 today! met benjamin at bugis coz had to buy some stuff there hehe! n den we had dinner at some american restaurant.. i think cardboard obama was wat lured me there~ lols! i had a value set meal.. puffpastry chicken soup, coke and hip combo sausages! he had a chocolate coke float and fish and chips~ lols!! food was described as "awesome!" by benji and i totally agree~ thanks for the treat benji! i'll treat u next time hehe.. we tok tok and den after lunch we went to bugis st to do my shopping.. after that we jus went separate ways.. he had a student to teach guitar to~ new student so was nervous but he was ok! hehe! yay~ i went to mum's clinic.. n they did two types of lasers on me.. now my face is patchy n red.. grr.. but oh wells.. looks smooth lol! we celebrated shan's birthday earli at Tavern's at river valley~ hehe! pics should be up soon too i guess =D sheryl and auntie hui feng came along too ~ hehe! hi-ka food man! lobsters, wagyu steaks, oysters, zabaglione, veal, gooseliver, prawnsalads, scallop salads.. @_@ havent been to Taverns in years (the suti days)~ newayy full and satisfied.. need to run alot when i get bak to perth lols! im meetin up wid sam at 8pm toml/today~ needa do packin and last min shoppin for cds toml~ and im flyinn bak to perth!! xD yay! get to see the nottis! hehe!! Monday, December 07, 2009, 12/07/2009 01:40:00 am ♥ In the past, I had no problems staying in touch with friends from my early childhood years.. and well keeping them close.. it was actually a good thing in that sense.. that i went overseas to study.. if not who knows what would hav happened.. i've learnt that if u don't keep in touch.. you'll prob never see them again.. n believe me i never used to make the effort.. i was usually the one who waited for people to catch up... n i lost a few friends because of that.. i guess after that i thot it would be very sad and i wouldnt like being forgotten especially after so many years of friendship.. sometimes i think if i din hav the chance to go back to singapore so often.. ppl would forget? kinda feels like if i dun go down south tt often? prob wont see much of my highsch fwens too.. coz i've lost adelaide fwens.. but tts wat we do tho.. we eventualli find new ppl to replace that gap.. whenever we leave a place.. i noticed that i've been constantly grabbing any chance i can to spend time with friends.. learn more about each other.. n jus hav fun... coz u never know when someone can jus disappear.. this may sound paranoid/ stupid/ weird but thats jus how i think... but thru the years... it's diminished n i've learnt to be by myself once in a while.. i've learnt that friends do disappoint you sometimes.. they sometimes don't hav as much time n freedom to spend with u.. not that i expect them to.. but i guess wat im tryin to say is that.. i learnt that im allowed to disappoint ppl once in a while... without feeling bad.. do our parents still keep in contact with primary sch fwens or other fwens that often? i think after a while it really depends wher u are, what u do n whether thers communication... jus like any relationship really.. but friends do fade slightly when they get on with their own lives and dun hav time for u.. i told jellison once upon a time that... "we have to let them go eventually".. i guess i got lost into thinking that friends always stayed together... n that there is a probability that they're not goin to be in your life again.. i just hope it doesn't come soon or better.. never comes to that.. sorry bout the rambling.. jus a thot.. Sunday, December 06, 2009, 12/06/2009 01:23:00 am ♥ bored and the only things stoppin me from slpin is a shower.. i havent had my shower so blehh dun slp.. haha! lately, i've been tryin to carry or i would say drag my body around the place. for those who dunno.. it's a burden this extra 10 kgs of blubber im carrying around for who knows how many years.. since my trip away from perth i have managed to put on an extra of 3 kg.. n boy it realli makes a difference.. everything you do is.. slow.. n u jus.. cant be bothered.. and the whole behaviour changes.. like.. why cant i control myself.. geez... and so my exercise regime i've set for myself had begun today.. i went down the stairs from the 28th floor, climbed back up to the 30th floor and back home to 28th floor. it was only at the 10th floor goin up that i found myself struggling.. but i managed to convince myself that i would finish my quest in no time.. n i proudly did.. though i remembered the last time i did it.. i didn't have that much trouble.. goes to show how unfit i've become... neway when i got home.. i realised that goin down n up the stairs onli took me 15 mins.. which wasnt enough to burn the fats in my body.. so i sat down on the cycling machine and cycled .. after 5 minutes i decided to get some water.. when i got up.. i think it was too fast.. the sit n stand not good! eyesight went funny abit.. so neway that was 20 min of my exercise.. i decided to do some billyblanks taebo and gave up after 20 mins.. i didnt finish the course becoz i felt sick and also i thot i'd sweat enough as i saw drips of water flying from my arms as i threw punches in the air.. tt was enough exercise for the day.. i indulged in laksa for lunch.. and had a russian dinner with parents, brother and my uncle. 1 escargot from a dozen my mum ordered, yummy bousch soup, garlic steak medium rare, and 3 desserts shared among the 5 of us.. baked alaska, cherry jubilee and some orange liquor crepe thing.. LOL every dish left on the table was empty and clean.. not to mention the buns that complimented the meal - omg.. best bun ever! so soft and freshly made.. could really jus hav it on it's own.. tho the 5 star butter did go well with it.. neway enough bout food.. today brother and i went together with sheryl, her fwen linjie and auntie huifeng to see kongshen's production of a dancing performance called "dancing through seasons". uncle sumin had to go bak home coz kongmin forgot his house keys.. neways the performance made me wanna dance.. i couldnt help but tap my fingers and move my legs to the beat.. it was realli good actually... there was plan to see daddy today.. but when i called him.. he was so busy at work he had forgotten we had to meet.. and so he postponed it.. nv fear.. that's right i still hav to transfer my visa to passport.. i went to do it last time.. n found my mum's passport in my bag instead of mine.. n she had mine in her bag.. it's times like this i scold myself for not checking on simple things like these.. i checked that i had 2 passports in my bag but assumed that they were mine.. wrong move girl... should learn to be more kiasu n check everything.. munki's goin to shanghai to work for 2 months.. this waiting sucks.. oh wells another few months shouldnt be a problem for me.. M: "r u feeling the pain coz i am." ahhh ok i successfully made myself slpy.. shower n time to slp! zZzZzz i.. miss.. u.. -_- was my face when johnny came in and farted... followed by a smack on my bum and now im totally awake..
